This was a disgusting display, made more so because the attackers were CLEARLY out numbered, yet only one elderly lady stepped in to physically try and stop the attack. I can only hope that these skanks spend years in prison.
I just read that the 22 year old Mcdonald’s employee that filmed the attack was indeed fired and the rest of the employees were going to receive some sort of disciplinary action.
I cant believe they were stepping over her while she was writhing on the ground. I live in Australia, so I don’t know enough about black culture and American societal problems to comment on the attackers ethnicity being a cause in such brutality.
But I do know that for ANYONE to act so heinously towards another human being is despicable and so far removed from human decency that it really is worse than the way animals treat each other.
It’s just.. Cruel..
And it says a lot about society as a whole, that we have all become desensitised.
From the employees watching it, to the person filming it. And people wonder why an older person stepped in to help? Because it wouldn’t have happened in her day.
I’m only 28, and I’ve never been faced with a situation such as this, so I can’t say what my physical reaction would be (More than likely though, self preservation, and to call the fucking cops as fast as I could!), but I know emotionally and mentally I would be deeply disturbed, as I am now after seeing this abhorrent display.
That was not a racial fight! It was two black girls on a white girl. If it was two white girls on a black girl then it would have been a racial fight.
I’d like to have seen that older customer swing that giant purse and cold-cock those attackers. This is disgraceful and those girls better be glad I wasn’t there to intervene. I hope they serve some jail time and are not just punished with some “court-ordered-counseling.”
That’s not a woman, that’s a guy dressed as one, and he was in the women’s bathroom. I don’t blame the women for being freaked out. I read the news story about this, and the guy was in teh women’s room and when asked to leave got all bitchy with them so they kicked his pervert ass!

The most appalling thing about this video is that it is not about racial violence only. The white girl that is being beaten is a transgendered mtf female. She stopped to get a snack and go to the bathroom. The girls attacked her when she attempted to use the women’s restroom.

Oz..seriously?…Transgender men aren’t perverts, and I believe he was post op, which means he is a she by the amazing thing that is modern surgery. This example is not what African Americans are about. Those two dumb ass girls are not speaking for African American as a whole but as a small faction. Open your eyes to the larger picture that Black people are diverse and not one “type”. Look at Obama or Oprah when you want to see the true African American. Instead of looking at the worst because whites not only blacks have some pretty hard times…to say the least!
I have seen this before from Slutwalk. The attack wasn’t because she was white but because she is trans-gendered and used the ladies room. And yes, that was a seizure, it was triggered by the trauma of the attack.
This is terrible. The only thing I can say for the employees not stepping in is because companies tell their employees that stepping in then makes the company liable for any injuries. The only thing they can do is call the police and it sounds like that’s what they did. It just shocks me how people fight in public, no matter how pissed I get at someone I’d never fight in public, trashy, pure trash.
I really doubt I can say anything here that hasn’t already been said. I saw this video and I felt I had to add my voice to those who are speaking out.
The difference here is that I’d like to thank the good samaritan who attempted to get in between the attackers and the victim. If there were more people like you in the world who were willing to stand up in the face of injustice, The world would probably be a better place.

As a former employee for McDonalds, I can confirm that it has to do with policy as to why none of the employees were jumping in to help. Although they should have all been herded into the back of the store to prevent them from getting hurt or, in the case of the idiot filming, being nosey and stupid. All you’re really allowed to do is call the police and try to vocally stop the fight. The manager did at least attempt to break up the fight to begin with…
Still though.. it’s pretty sad that there was no one else (customer wise) that would help besides the little old lady. Lord bless her heart for being brave enough to help the victim..

Was the manager fired? God, I hope so. Employees should have been herded into the kitchen, those animals should have been kicked out of the store IMMEDIATELY, the doors should have been locked so they couldn’t come back inside and the police and ambulance should have been called. Idiot gives the rest of us who are actually educated, responsible, and take pride in our jobs a bad reputation. I have kicked people out of my store for much less because when you’re a manager, you’re not just responsible for burgers, you are responsible for the people who work for you, the people who come into your dining room, and the brand image. This idiot failed to do all of those. The safety of that girl WAS his responsibility and he had a duty to step in.
