i totally agree with Land and b-rad here. just awful. Bars can cut-off customers from alcohol, i think fast food resturuants should do the same.
Man this hurts me to look at it. Where are the parents to these children? and how big are they? These children are suffering some kind of medical issue or a psychological issue or both. Why havent the parents been charged with abuse? This is totally awful. I feel for these kids. They are going to die at an early age if something isn’t done now! God have mercy on them and their parents. They definitely need help the kids as well as the parents. Where is Richard Simmons when you need him? The kids definitely do. God help them.

YUP I agree CALL CPS RIGHT NOW! Over feeding your child and causeing the to look like this IS considered child abuse as much as beating on them is! I’d like to know what the parents look like also. They’ve GOTTA be about 400-500 pounds each! This makes me very sick and sad! Some people have no common sense or shame!

This is disgusting. No child should have to be this large. The parents need to be charged with neglect and abuse. As parents’ we carry the ability to CHOOSE what our kids eat at that age and have the power to teach our kids how to make GOOD and HEALTHY food choices.
These so called parents are going to kill their children. If either one dies before them from being fat, they should go to prison for murder!

Land and Ann P., you are absolutely right! This is so sad. Those parents should definitely be punished for their obvious laziness and neglect. You really mean to tell me that you can’t cook a healthy meal for your children every night? You’re schedule is just so busy that you can’t attend to your children properly? Shameful!!
THIS is why you should not let your kid eat fast food more than once a month until they are old enough to understand the detriment caused to there bodies. Education is KEY!

As the parent of an overweight child, this picture upsets me to no end. My daughter, like most of the women in my family, has Polycystic Overian Syndrome. (PCOS) One of the ‘side effects’ of this condition is morbid obesity. It is definitely a systemic problem. That being said, there is NO WAY I would allow my child to eat this… sh*t… on a regular basis. I’ve seen kids in public throwing temper tantrums because they want garbage food like this. “Just Say No” definitely applies here as well. Parents, stop being lazy and afraid to stand up to your own children! I mean, you’re only saving their lives. I know this isn’t the right venue to vent my frustrations over this subject, but wow… it just makes me sick that people do this to their children.
