so what are you suppose to do when your kids fall asleep in the cart let them sit in the front and dangle off. at least he is comfy with the pillow or what ever under him,

You people commenting negatively about this have obviously never had children.

I don’t get whats wrong with this either. I don’t have kids, but if I did, and they were cranky/tired, I’d lay them down in a cart. Just get a second cart for groceries. The only thing I don’t get is where’s the guardian??

Ok, I am so glad people think THIS IS OK. Guess what genius, IT’s NOT OK. It’s awful sleep and not what the kids need for proper development. I have had TWO children and NEVER EVER have I had them go to sleep while shopping. My children took naps and slept IN THEIR BED. If my child was that tired I would be heading home to put them down for a nap. These are the same people that have their kids out at 2 am at Wal-mart and wonder why johnny doesn’t have a good sleep pattern later on in life. Even 9, 10 or 11 at night, I have to wonder WTF is wrong with these people??

There are some people that absolutely can not get this to work, I get it. My wife and I worked all different shifts and got our kids at least regular sleep AT HOME. Single mom/dad I see that being real hard. What we are seeing is not that but more and more stay at home moms or entire families out at all hours of the day and night dragging sleeping kids around.

Obviously ALL healthy kids go to sleep at times that aren’t that convenient…I grew up in the 80’s and can remember napping in the car. I guess my parents were just horrible morons for that. Get real. I feel sorry for your kids under your dictatorship rule if sleeping in public is a problem. Especially when this is obviously a toddler. It’s people like you that make this world a piece of crap.

Wow, get a grip. You can’t control when a kid gets sleepy. He’s not laying on the cold bottom of the buggy. He’s properly clothed and he’s laying on a coat.
Have a kid and then express your opinions on raising a child. This coming from the mother of a 2 year old.

  12. Momofone says:

Kids get tired and fall asleep, especially when they are toddlers. Keeping them awake only makes the super cranky and running home to put them in their own bed is not always an option. I don’t keep my daughter out all hours and try to make sure she has a comfy spot to sleep when it is nap time, but it is not always at home. The cart makes an easy option when you don’t have a choice to drop everything you are doing. And my daughter has a fine sleep pattern despite sleeping in public at times.
