That is a McDizzle. with the full McChicken on it. I am a manager of McDonalds and they are popular….. its kinda scary how many people eat them. it’s a double cheese or a mcdouble with a mcchicken patty on it.
Where I live, they’re known as stoner burgers and they are AMAZING!
