It’s not that strange; she just had a juryrigging relative lash up this POS solution because those scooter chairs don’t swivel.
….And then she went down to Church’s or Popeyes (or possibly Arby’s) to celebrate.
Certainy there are four or five levels of cludginess in this photo, but that doesn’t make it weird.
my grandma had that same scooter! except it didn’t swivel.
I’ve always wanted to do this on my Harley lol..
