It might of been near an anime convention. I know alot of people end up going out to eat in their costumes at least one of the days, and both their outfits look straight out of an anime.
Why does that man have a penis sticking out of his shoulder? Was it lonely? Did it need to be aired out? Was it interested in the menu? So many questions….

Look’s like they might have visited either a video game / comic book / or anime convention. Can’t tell what characters they are, but that dick sticking out of the coat is quite disturbing.

I kinda LOVE when it’s American costumes people think its cool, but if it’s cos-playing from anime its weird. :/ Just an observation.
