These employees were way out of line! Video taping someone without permission is rude and violates privacy. I highly doubt they will get fired. These douchebags are probably employees of the month at Mcdonald’s for their outstanding customer service!

Where I work,we are not allowed to even have our cellphones on us.Plus the fact that the kid got foul with the customer and the manager did nothing to stop it (telling the customer to stop it is not handling your employee)should have got them both fired.And as for the customer,I seriously hope she gets the help that she needs.

I used to work at a Hardee’s and we got some wierd ones too. You have to remember if you work fast food you are being abused every day from your wage to your hours to your poor working conditions, it goes on and on and on. It doesn’t suprise me at all she got the treatment she got, treat the employees right and watch the customer get treated better.
